As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting hiring across India and other APAC markets while partnering closely with Global and Regional TA COE, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners.
You will help deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences through proactive sourcing, effective stakeholder partnership, and high-quality recruitment execution. As an ambassador for the Ingredion employer brand,



you will build relationships with active and passive talent, leverage data and market insights, and contribute to attracting top talent across the region.

What you will do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles—from crafting engaging job descriptions and sourcing strategies to managing interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
Foster robust partnerships with hiring managers and HRBPs by proactively resolving issues through clear communication and expectation management.
Champion the Ingredion Employment Brand by building trust with candidates and coaching stakeholders to represent the brand effectively.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the ATS through consistent usage and timely updates to support reporting and business needs.
Expand talent pipelines using social media, career fairs, and networking; initiate outreach and persu
