As a GTM Operations qualified, you will support the sales and marketing engine across data, processes, reporting, and technology.
You will help ensure CRM data is accurate, pipelines are visible, and leadership has reliable information for decision-making.
The role combines analytical thinking with hands-on ownership of GTM tools, workflows, forecasting support, and campaign operations.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
AI and automation are expected to be part of your everyday toolkit, helping eliminate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency.

Accountabilities:
Maintain CRM data quality by deduplicating records, standardizing fields, and enriching account and contact information so pipeline reporting remains accurate and reliable.
Monitor and maintain pipeline and funnel reporting, including stage conversion, drop-offs, pipeline coverage, and representative activity.
Maintain dashboards and recurring reports used by leadership to assess GTM performance and make informed decisions.
Administer and configure GTM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, G2, and similar platforms, including sequences, lead-routing rules, list building, and enrichment workflows.
Support sales and revenue leadership with pipeline forecasting, weekly forecast preparation, and variance tracking against targets.
Partner with Marketing on campaign and lead operations, including segmentation, lead scoring, enrichment, and routing.
