Key Responsibilities
Proposal Management
Lead end-to-end proposal development for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and unsolicited proposals.
Analyze customer requirements and prepare customized technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with solution architects, technical teams, project managers, and sales teams to gather inputs.
Ensure proposals comply with customer requirements and submission timelines.
Develop Statements of Work (SOW), MSA, solution documents, commercial responses, and executive summaries.
Solution Design & Presales Support
Work closely with technical teams to prepare high-level solution approaches and architecture overviews.
Create solution presentations, capability decks, case studies, whitepapers, and customer demonstrations.
Support effort estimation, resource planning, project timelines, and pricing discussions.
Participate in customer meetings, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.

Content & Capability Development
Maintain reusable proposal content, templates, case studies,



and knowledge repositories.
Create marketing collateral, brochures, service descriptions, and solution documents.
Develop industry-specific content for Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data Engineering, Application Modernization, QA, and Managed Services.
Continuously improve proposal quality, messaging, and branding.

Market & Competitive Analysis
Research customer industries, competitors, and market trends.
Identify differentiators and value propositions for various service offerings.
Support go-to-market initiatives and recent service launches.

Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.
Mentor junior presales team members.
Maintain proposal trackers and ensure timely delivery.
