This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a fast-paced finance organization with a solid focus on accurate reporting and efficient month-end close processes.
You will own the preparation of recurring close deliverables and help ensure financial data is accurate, consistent, and audit ready.
The role involves close collaboration with finance teams and US-based stakeholders, requiring strong communication and proactive issue management.
You will work with financial systems such as Oracle Hyperion SmartView while using advanced Excel and analytical skills to validate and interpret data.
A key part of the role is leveraging AI tools to improve reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and recurring finance workflows.
You will have opportunities to identify process improvements and reduce manual effort across the close and reporting cycle.

Accountabilities
Own the assembly of the monthly close package by consolidating inputs from multiple finance stakeholders and preparing supporting materials and leadership presentation decks.
Load, validate, and reconcile financial data in SmartView/Oracle Hyperion during each close cycle, ensuring consistency with source systems and reporting requirements.
Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar solutions to streamline recurring reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and quality-control activities.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential reporting issues early and take appropriate action before information reaches leadership.
Identify and implement process improvements that reduce repetitive manual work and increase the speed, accuracy, and consistency of financial reporting.
