Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Verification & Validation (V&V;) Engineer to take ownership of testing, test-data systems, and test setups for our satellite programs. This is a hands-on role combining end-to-end environmental test execution with the design and development of software for test-data capture, visualization, and reporting.
You will work closely with the engineering and AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) teams, planning and running test campaigns on satellite hardware and building the software tools that turn raw test data into usable records, dashboards, and reports. You will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, execute,



and log data for environmental test campaigns end to end, including thermal vacuum (TVAC), vibration (VIB), and electromagnetic interference/compatibility (EMI/EMC) tests on satellite hardware.
Design and develop software applications to capture and log test data.
Design and develop user interface (UI) software to view, query, and visualize logged test data.
Design and develop reporting functionality to generate test reports from logged data, including data export and import.
Drive the development and maintenance of satellite models.
Mentor and review the work of junior engineers.
Maintain accurate, traceable test records and supporting documentation, and contribute to test plans and procedures

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E) in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
