Duties and responsibility
 Warehouse Management: Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, space utilization, and layout planning. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
 Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and tracking of inventory. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize accuracy, minimize loss, and maintain adequate stock levels.
 Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
 Team Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Delegate tasks and ensure that all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
 Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.



Implement productive processes and systems to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
 Quality​ Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and minimize errors.
 Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and operational metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Operations. Specific experience in 3PL companies.
MBA in Operations from a Top B-school is preferable.
