As an Associate, Field Services Engineering, you’ll support the networks that connect people, businesses, and communities around the world. How you will make an impact:
Support customer network deployments by assisting with engineering documentation, acceptance testing, and field implementation activities across Packet and Optical platforms, including participating in on-site work at customer locations when required
Gather diagnostic information and support initial troubleshooting of network challenges, both remotely and in office, in collaboration with senior engineers and customer teams
Contribute to network rollout and expansion planning for both new and existing customer environments
Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases to validate network designs, features, and performance
Apply automation concepts by using or learning scripting tools to assist with configuration, testing, and operational tasks
Build technical knowledge by reviewing product documentation, design specifications, and industry standards
