This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceTitan & Operations Support Specialist (DR) based in India.
This role is ideal for a highly organized operations skilled who can combine technical platform expertise with strong business judgment. You’ll support home service and business coaching operations by managing systems, workflows, records, reporting, and administrative processes. ServiceTitan will be central to your work, with additional exposure to platforms such as Housecall Pro and FieldEdge. You’ll have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help make day-to-day operations more effective. The position requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently across multiple priorities. Your work will directly help leadership teams solve operational challenges, improve processes, and support sustainable business and client growth.

Accountabilities
Manage and maintain ServiceTitan accounts, workflows, configurations,



and operational processes.
Support administrative and operational activities across multiple projects and client initiatives.
Generate reports, track KPIs, organize business data, and provide accurate information to support operational decision-making.
Maintain CRM data and customer records while ensuring information remains organized, accurate, and up to date.
Support job tracking, scheduling, workflow management, and other core operational activities within relevant service platforms.
Provide platform support across ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and FieldEdge as required.
Identify inefficiencies, operational gaps, and recurring issues, and proactively recommend practical process improvements.
Take ownership of assigned projects and complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and within agreed deadlines.
