The End User Services Core Computing Technology Manager is responsible for engineering and advancing the core endpoint computing experience across the Windows endpoint ecosystem. This role manages up-to-date endpoint management practices to deliver secure, compliant, and stable releases across Windows Physical and Virtual PCs, firmware, drivers, operating systems, and enterprise browsers, while driving a consistent and high-quality user experience across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Mange Windows endpoint engineering across laptops, desktops, virtual pcs leveraging Microsoft Intune, Autopatch, and other 3rd party products including (Patch My PC, WorkSpaceDNA)
Design, implement, and continuously improve modern endpoint management practices using Microsoft Intune to support secure configuration, policy deployment, compliance enforcement, and scalable device management.
