Role Summary

Compensation, Benefits supporting both frontend and backend technologies such as the Maersk Career Site, Workday ecosystem. Beyond application support and enhancement, you will partner with the People Function as a trusted advisor, translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role also drives AI and automation initiatives to streamline HR processes, improve employee experiences, enhance decision-making, and increase operational efficiency across the HR technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Build and enhance applications across frontend and backend technologies using various programming languages and development tools to support business needs.
