This is a senior, client-facing development role within a specialist ERP implementation and consultancy environment.
You will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for multiple client engagements.
The role combines hands-on AL development with implementation, customization, integrations, upgrades, and technical support.
You will work closely with consultants and project leads while building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their evolving business needs.
The position offers exposure to complex ERP projects, including clients in construction and other project-based industries.
You will operate as an embedded member of a collaborative international team, contributing throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

Accountabilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL.
Contribute to end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements analysis, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
Develop and maintain integrations between Business Central and third-party applications, APIs, and other business systems, including Power Platform solutions where applicable.
Support upgrades and migrations from legacy Dynamics NAV environments to Business Central.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues raised by external clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with consultants and project leads across multiple concurrent client engagements.
