Role Description The Senior Art Director role at The Nota Co. is a full-time hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role leads the visual direction of brand projects, translating strategic insights into compelling design concepts and integrated campaigns. The Senior Art Director will oversee creative development from briefing through final delivery, collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists, and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing mood boards and design systems, reviewing and refining design work, presenting concepts to clients, and mentoring junior creatives to maintain high design standards.

Qualifications
Strength in Creative Direction, with proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and shape cohesive campaign concepts.
Experience in Branding, including development of brand identities, visual systems, and guidelines for diverse markets.
Expertise in Art Direction, overseeing photoshoots, visual storytelling, and execution across multiple formats.
Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, typography, and use of industry-standard design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand work and complex design projects.
Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
