M2M is looking for a high-energy, self-driven Sales Representative who can convert qualified leads into clients and thrive in a fast-paced, aggressive and entrepreneurial agency setting.
You will be responsible for handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, conducting follow-ups, coordinating discovery calls, managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
What We're Looking For
4-5 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development or Client Acquisition.
Experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT Services or related industries is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Highly confident and proficient on sales calls.
Strong follow-up discipline and ability to maintain accurate sales records and CRM/lead trackers.
Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Strong sense of ownership with a hunger to close.
Comfortable working in a high-paced startup and agency environment where speed, initiative and execution matter.
Ability to understand client requirements, identify opportunities and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Willingness to learn M2M's services, positioning and sales approach quickly.
What You'll Do
Respond to and qualify inbound leads.
Understand prospect requirements, budget, timeline and decision-making process.
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with the BD and Strategy teams.
Maintain regular follow-ups and keep the sales pipeline updated.
Handle commercial discussions and drive prospects toward closure.
Coordinate with the BD and Strategy teams for proposals, quotations and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, opportunities and next steps.
Ensure a smooth handover of closed clients to the CS and onboarding team.
