We’re Hiring: PPC Specialist - Google Ads & Meta Ads

We are looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist capable of independently planning, launching, managing, and optimizing full-cycle paid advertising campaigns.

CTC: ₹3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Develop paid marketing strategies based on client goals, target audiences, competition, and budgets.
Plan and manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Run Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, remarketing, lead-generation, and conversion campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and campaign forecasting.
Create campaign structures, audience segments, ad copy, offers, and creative briefs.
Set up and verify conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and event tracking.
Monitor budgets, bids, search terms, audience performance, lead quality, and conversion costs.
Perform A/B testing of advertisements, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign offers.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR,



conversion rate, ROAS, cost per lead, and cost per acquisition.
Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with SEO, content, design, and web-development teams to improve campaign performance.
