Sidhakala Group of Industries, established in 1997, is a leading manufacturer of press components, press tooling and welded assemblies. The group operates through two manufacturing units:
Sidhakala Engineers – Bhosari Plant
Sidhakala Autostamping Pvt Ltd– Chakan Plant
Major customers include Force Motors, Piaggio, Kinetic Engineering, Minda and Jai Hind Industries. The company has an in-house tool room for manufacturing and maintenance of press tools.
Essential Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Tool Room / Press Tool Manufacturing / Tool Engineering.
Strong practical experience in press tool manufacturing and maintenance.
Experience in machining, grinding, Wire Cut/EDM, milling, fitting and tool assembly.
Good understanding of tool manufacturing processes, tool proving and tool corrections.
Experience in managing Tool Room manpower and machines.




Robust knowledge of tool manufacturing cost calculation and cost control.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in an automotive / auto-component manufacturing environment will be preferred.
Experience in managing a Tool Room as a cost centre/profit centre, including budgeting, costing, manpower and productivity management, will be highly desirable.
