What your day will look like

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to fulfill an exciting role in our Bucharest office. The Senior Salesforce Developer is a key role within the sales systems operations organization, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions along with supporting the salesforce admin team with complex requests.

Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations,



and data migration elements.
Ensure a comprehensive understanding of user needs by building close working relationships with business stakeholders and functional leaders to enhance the customer experience and service delivery.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
Refine SFDC ITIL Service Management, Change Control and Release Management processes and encourage broader adoption of these ways of working.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for system functions, processes, and capabilities.
Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
Manage Salesforce side endpoints and inbound/outbound data feeds from/to third party software integrations.
Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organisat
