Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bengaluru South. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating and conducting interviews,



and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process. The role involves developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, managing job postings, and enhancing employer branding across various channels. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, collaborating with the Management on onboarding processes, and contributing to HR initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention. The specialist will work closely with business and technical teams to understand workforce needs and ensure timely, high-quality hiring.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and assess candidates objectively.
