We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Financial Accounting, Asset Management
In this role, you will:
Undertake preparation/Review of monthly, quarterly and annual B/S, P/L schedules and consolidated final accounts as per IFRS
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to perform variance analysis and detailed review.
Produce and analyze ad hoc management information requests.




Undertake preparation and review of various pre and post close journals.
Collaborate extensively with the external auditors during preliminary and year-end audit procedures.
Demonstrate the ability to meet KPI timelines including under stringent timelines and high-pressure situations, at the same time maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Develop positive and effective communication skills to be able to manage the In-country team on a daily basis.
Proactively identify opportunities for process re-engineering / improvement and participate in change initiatives.
Responsible for ensuring participation in various learning initiatives to constantly upgrade future-fit skill set.
To be successful you will:
Chartered Accountant/Postgraduate or MBA with post qualification experience of 5+ years in Finance and Accounting, or
B. Com / M Com/ CA (inter)/ CWA (inter): 8+ years of work experience
