About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing to scale our influencer marketing initiatives. The role involves driving influencer strategy, managing high-impact campaigns, building long-term creator partnerships, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram and YouTube.
Develop and implement influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and business goals.
Identify new creator opportunities, regional trends, and high-potential influencer communities across Tier 1,



Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
Stay updated on emerging creator trends, platform developments, and evolving influencer marketing practices.
Key Skills & Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of India’s influencer landscape, including regional creator ecosystems and content trends.
Proven experience in managing large-scale influencer campaigns with measurable business impact.
