Role Description The Documentation Specialist – Study Abroad is a full-time, on-site role based at the Kochi center.



This role is responsible for handling end-to-end documentation for students applying to study abroad, including collecting, verifying, organizing, and maintaining academic, financial, and identity records. The Documentation Specialist will prepare and review application forms, admission and visa documents, and ensure compliance with institutional and country-specific requirements. The role includes coordinating with students, parents, universities, and internal teams to clarify document needs, track application status, and meet deadlines. The Documentation Specialist will also maintain accurate databases, create checklists, support process improvements, and provide clear guidance to students on documentation standards and timelines.
