POSITION SUMMARY
We're on a mission to reinvent the financial system and make it work for people. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a full-stack engineering team comprising backend and mobile engineers. As a hands-on Manager for one of our core services teams,



you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of some of our early-stage, creative products. You will work with your cross-functional partners and team to shape the direction of these products and help make them significant drivers for the company.
This position is a hybrid role based in our Bengaluru office, with 2 days a week in the office as part of our expanding site. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Be a strong partner to the product and other engineering teams, driving improvements in business metrics and building new features. Examples include improving user acquisition metrics, cross-selling and upselling products, and improving user experience.
