Job Description -

Required Qualifications & Experience

Any Graduate (Japanese language qualification preferred)
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above)
ITIL certified with a strong understanding of IT service management and IT operations




Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Experience in vendor management, reporting, and metrics/KPI management
Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment from the Chennai office
Experience working with Japanese clients and stakeholders
Experience in project transition and knowledge transfer activities
Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery and operational processes

Technical Skills

Experience in BAU (Business As Usual) operations and support management
Ability to monitor, analyse, and report operational metrics
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and service delivery processes
Good to have hands-on experience or knowledge of:
Windows Administration
Linux Administration
