Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow, focused on expanding Grabto’s network of partner restaurants and driving adoption of the platform. In this role, the specialist visits prospective and existing restaurant partners, explains the value proposition, negotiates commercial terms, and manages end-to-end onboarding.



Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, conducting product demos, collecting feedback from partners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The specialist maintains accurate sales records, monitors performance of partner restaurants, and supports them in optimizing their presence on the platform. This position requires regular field work within Lucknow, active relationship-building, and consistent follow-up to achieve sales targets.
