About Business line/Function: The Private Debt Funds of Funds – Data Collection & Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, validating, and maintaining financial and reporting information related to Private Debt Funds of Funds investments.

The role ensures the accurate recording of capital activity and capital account data in eFront Invest, while maintaining high standards of data integrity, operational control, and reporting quality. The position plays a key role in ensuring reliable fund monitoring and audit-ready information.

Position Purpose: The successful candidate will be an experienced manager driving process improvements with a collaborative management style and ability to create a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Centralize and monitor the receipt of Capital Call/Distribution notices, Capital Account Statements, and GP reports
Proactively follow up with General Partners (GPs) to ensure all missing or incomplete documentation is retrieved




Accurately record capital activity and account data within eFront Invest
Perform consistency checks between GP statements, internal records, and system entries to ensure data integrity
Execute a two-level validation process (primary control and independent secondary review) to mitigate errors
Setup all current funds that are added to the process
Investigate and resolve financial inconsistencies in coordination with GPs and internal teams
Manage structured data requests with GPs and consolidate findings for Investment, Risk, Finance, and ESG teams
Maintain the accuracy of fund referential data and investment-level attributes across all reporting tools
Ensure all data is audit-ready and contribute to continuous improvement of validation controls
