We operate across private jet and helicopter charter, spiritual and pilgrimage yatras, air ambulance, aircraft sales and leasing, aircraft management and MRO advisory. Our fastest-growing vertical is Char Dham by Helicopter, a premium high-value pilgrimage experience. Over 2,000 pilgrims have travelled with us. Our clients are affluent families, senior citizens travelling in comfort, corporate leaders and high-net-worth individuals who expect service that matches the price they pay. We are a lean, founder-led team. There are no layers here. The person in this role will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders every day.
We have 3 positions open. We are hiring for a mix of experience levels, so both seasoned closers and robust mid-level salespeople with a real track record should apply.

Own every enquiry assigned to you, from the first call to a confirmed,



fully-paid booking.
Respond fast. In this business, the operator who calls first usually wins, and speed of first response is one of the numbers we measure.
Understand the trip properly before you quote: travel dates, number of pilgrims, passenger weights, senior citizens, documentation, special assistance. Helicopter operations are unforgiving of vague information.
Quote with confidence and negotiate on value rather than discount. You will be expected to hold price and sell the experience, the safety record and the reliability, not to compete on being cheapest.
Drive the client from advance payment through to full payment, and collect every required document before departure. A booking here is confirmed only when 100% payment is received, so professional, persistent follow-up on balance payments is a core part of this role, not an afterthought.
