Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting site visits, explaining project features, and guiding prospective clients through the sales process. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, following up on inquiries, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting closure of sales agreements.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for inventory updates, participating in promotional activities, and providing regular sales reports to management. The position requires a proactive approach, strong customer focus, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive real estate market.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful closures
Customer relationship management abilities, including clear communication and skilled follow-up
Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Pune, and understanding of residential and commercial property sales
Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools used for lead tracking and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and manage time effectively to meet targe
