Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and other domains.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
Work extensively on W2 hiring and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Utilize VMS (Vendor Management System) portals to manage requisitions, submissions, and candidate tracking.
Collaborate with Team Managers and Account Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Build talent pipelines through job portals, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Stay current on market trends, industry insights, and recruitment best practices.
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of recruitment experience in Non-IT staffing, preferably within engineering, manufacturing domains.
Robust experience in W2 recruitment is mandatory.
Hands-on experience working with VMS portals is required.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
