Role Description The Ecommerce Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing online sales performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion metrics across all digital channels. The Ecommerce Analyst will manage product listings, pricing accuracy, inventory visibility,



and promotional campaigns to optimize customer experience and revenue. Daily responsibilities include preparing performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on ecommerce strategy, and supporting customer service in resolving online order and platform-related issues. The role also involves recommending improvements to site usability, content, and merchandising to enhance the overall digital retail experience.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ecommerce data, KPIs, and sales trends.
Experience in e-commerce platforms and operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
