Role Description -
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online




Strong understanding of bookkeeping & accounting principles
Experience with AP, AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries & month-end closin
Ability to prepare and analyze P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements
Good understanding of financial reporting and management reporting
Strong knowledge of accounting reconciliations and financial data accuracy
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to identify discrepancies and provide meaningful financial insights
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
English language as well fluencyThe Accounting Supervisor is a full-time remote role responsibleties for operational and financial improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) is an advantage.
Prior supervisory experience in accounting or finance, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or a multi-entity environment.
