Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Lalitpur. The Retail Salesperson will engage directly with customers, understand their insurance needs, and provide suitable LIC product recommendations. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, responding to customer inquiries, assisting with proposal forms and documentation,



and guiding customers through the policy purchase process. The role involves maintaining an organized sales area, following up with existing and potential customers, and meeting sales and service targets set by the branch. The Retail Salesperson will also collaborate with team members, participate in local marketing activities, and uphold LIC’s standards for ethical sales and customer care.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, including the ability to meet targets and convert customer interest into policy purchases.
