Role Overview
MoonDive is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery across our
software and product development engagements. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional
teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a
high standard of quality. This position is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who thrives on
managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project delivery and ensure timely execution across multiple engagements
• Coordinate closely with clients, designers, developers, and QA teams
• Plan sprints, timelines, and project milestones in line with Agile/Scrum practices
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks
• Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers




• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure quality deliverables while maintaining agreed scope and timelines
• Manage client communication and set transparent stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications
• 2-4 years of project management experience in software or product development
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Good to Have
• Experience delivering web, mobile, or SaaS products
• Prior experience working in a startup environment
