Today, home automation in India is a luxury product built for premium consumers. Despite thousands of companies in the space, penetration sits under 0.5% of Indian households. The middle and upper-middle class — where the real market lives — has been ignored entirely.

THE ROLE: HEAD OF INSTALLATION
Here's the truth: this business lives or dies on what happens inside the customer's home. We believe installation and service quality account for 50% of a customer's lifetime experience on the platform. That's not a support function — that's half the product. This role owns it, end to end, from day one.
You'll:
- Build the entire installation function from scratch, and own it completely
- Design SOPs for installation, quality checks, service, and repair that work for customer #1 and still hold up at customer #10,000
- Be on the ground during beta, in real homes, fixing real problems, before handing off a playbook that scales
- Define what "outstanding service" means at CASA, and make sure every technician
