Role Description The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate translation of client requirements into buildable solutions. Day-to-day activities include producing construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and contractors, assisting in material and layout decisions, and supporting project documentation from concept through execution.



The role involves participation in site reviews, design revisions based on feedback, and alignment of designs with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This is a full time, on-site role based in Greater Kailash.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetically sound spaces.
Proficiency in developing Construction Drawings and technical Drawing for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and their application to site planning and project layouts.
Experience using architectural design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes and standards.
Excellent spatial visualization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
