Role Description The Graduate Research Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. The individual in this position will support FHLE’s research projects by conducting literature reviews, collecting and organizing data,



and assisting in the design and implementation of studies related to health, education, and skill development. Daily responsibilities include supporting field and laboratory-based research activities where applicable, performing data entry and basic analysis, and preparing research summaries, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with senior researchers and program teams, contributing to Think Tank initiatives, and helping translate research findings into actionable recommendations. The Graduate Research Assistant is expected to maintain accurate documentation, follow ethical research standards, and actively participate in team meetings and project reviews.
