Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at Lapsus Creations. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective authors and clients, explain publishing services and packages, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to closure. Daily activities include conducting online meetings or calls, managing inbound and outbound leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and coordinating with editorial and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
The role involves achieving sales targets, responding to inquiries promptly, and providing clear, empathetic communication tailored to authors’ needs. The Salesperson will also gather feedback from clients to help refine service offerings and contribute to sales strategies that support the company’s mission of publishing every dream.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in publishing, education, or creative services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, present services clearly, and handle objections professionally.
Proficiency in remote work tools, CRM or lead-management software, and basic office applications.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets in a remote setting.
