Position Description:



We are looking for an experienced Payments Production Support Lead with strong expertise in the Banking & Payments domain The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting critical payment applications, solid technical skills in SQL/PLSQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, and experience working with payment engines such as GPP, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA, SWIFT, or Payment Gateway platforms.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Lead and manage the Production Support team for mission-critical payment applications.

Provide L2/L3 support for payment systems and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Monitor production environments, investigate incidents, and drive timely resolution.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.

Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams to resolve production issues.

Support application deployments, releases, and post-deployment validations.

Perform impact analysis, defect triaging, and incident management.
