Role Description This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients,



and present Hybrid Monks’ digital growth services in a clear, value-driven way. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads through outbound and inbound channels, preparing proposals, coordinating demos, and supporting contract negotiations in collaboration with senior leadership. The role also involves maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client needs are accurately understood and fulfilled.
Qualifications
Robust skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
Ability to understand and communicate digital marketing services such as SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, and CRO in business terms.
