Sales & Operations Specialist | Hyderabad

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Specialist to support our US staffing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, has strong English communication skills, and wants to grow in the US staffing industry.

What You'll Do

Manage and enter new job orders into ATS/CRM systems
Clean and format job descriptions for LinkedIn posting
Coordinate between Sales and Recruiting teams
Manage recruiting checklists and follow-ups
Support MSP/VMS and partner portals such as Beeline & Fieldglass
Handle RTR forms and client compliance documentation
Format candidate resumes for client submission
Coordinate candidate interviews and interview-prep calls




Support Sales with client management calls and cold calling
Update CRM/contact information based on outreach

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English
Strong computer and MS Word skills
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to work with ATS, CRM, VMS/portal systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly
Comfortable making outbound calls
US staffing/recruitment experience is a plus
