About the Role
We are looking for a versatile, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to the Founder to provide hands-on support across professional, administrative, and day-to-day activities.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across different responsibilities rather than performing the same task every day. You will work closely with the Founder and gain practical exposure to business operations, administration, organisation, research, communication, and the development of an independent business.
The successful candidate should be organised, observant, adaptable, discreet,



and comfortable taking initiative when required. A valuable sense of humour and a sharp mind are very welcome, because apparently professionalism does not have to be completely devoid of personality.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on business requirements, responsibilities may include:
Providing administrative and personal assistance to the Founder
Managing schedules, appointments, reminders, and diary activities
Organising documents, files, records, and information
Assisting with day-to-day business administration
Supporting research and information gathering
Assisting with emails, communications, and follow-ups
Helping coordinate meetings, appointments, errands, and other activities
Supporting basic operational and organisational tasks
Assisting with personal and business-related scheduling
Helping maintain an organised and efficient working environment
Handling confidential information responsibly
