? Shift: Night Shift (US EST Timings)
? Employment Type: Full-Time
? Max Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per Month

What You'll Do
✅ Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
✅ Source top talent through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and professional networks
✅ Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models
✅ Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and close offers successfully
✅ Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and implementation partners
✅ Maintain ATS/VMS systems and recruitment metrics




What We're Looking For
✔ 3+ years of real-time US IT Staffing experience
✔ Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa Types
✔ Experience with ATS/VMS tools and major job portals
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
✔ Basic knowledge of AI tools and AI-driven recruiting techniques
Preferred
⭐ Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
⭐ Immediate joiners preferred
⭐ Candidates located in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad are highly preferred
