Role Overview
As Sr. HR Business Partner (People Business Partner) at RZR, you will serve as the primary strategic People partner for our teams in India, working directly with regional leadership to align people strategy with business goals.



This role is critical to enabling planned growth by building solid people practices, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and improving day-to-day organizational effectiveness in-region.
This is a highly embedded, hands-on role. You will work alongside GMs and functional leaders to manage employee relations, run performance cycles, build retention programs, and shape how the organization scales — with a clear mandate to make people decisions that move the business forward.
The ideal candidate brings deep HRBP experience, strong commercial instincts, and the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders. This role offers high visibility and direct impact on how a key international market grows and performs.
