Role Description The Captain role at Diggin is a full-time position based in New Delhi, structured as a hybrid role with primary on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home tasks as applicable. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the service team, coordinating table assignments, ensuring smooth guest seating and order taking, and maintaining high service standards throughout each shift. The Captain oversees the dining floor, resolves guest concerns promptly, supports training of new team members,



and ensures adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. This role also involves close coordination with the kitchen and management to manage reservations, handle special requests, and contribute to a seamless overall guest experience.
Qualifications
Robust hospitality and customer service skills, with the ability to create welcoming and professional guest interactions.
Team leadership and people management capabilities, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, and supporting training.
