We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer to help build the foundation of a high-performance lead generation team across competitive markets. This role is built for performance marketers who understand the realities of lead gen:

hitting CPL targets consistently,
scaling while maintaining lead quality,
making fast optimization decisions,
testing aggressively,
and managing campaigns where performance actually matters.

You’ll be managing and scaling lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google, working closely with creative, CRO, and client teams to drive performance through data-backed decision making.

You’ll also work directly with the founder and share a desk with one of the world’s most Meta-certified strategists and a platform lead trainer — giving you direct exposure to advanced acquisition strategies, scaling systems, and high-level media buying frameworks used in real-world performance environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
Launching, managing, and scaling lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google
Optimizing campaigns against CPL, CPA, lead quality, and volume targets
Owning media buying end-to-end across execution, optimization, reporting, and analysis
Managing large-scale ad budgets across multiple campaigns and funnels
Working closely with creative teams to improve conversion performance through testing
Collaborating with CRO and cross-functional teams to improve funnel efficiency
Identifying scaling opportunities through data, trends, and performance insights
Working directly with cross function teams in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing/media buying experience
Solid lead generation experience is mandatory
Deep expertise across:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Taboola, TikTok Ad
