Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Completes all allocated valuations to a highquality, in a qualified manner, within required timeframes, and inaccordance with company requirements and client instructions.
Responsible for meeting personal annual feeproduction goals.
Must involve in day-to-day site visits asassigned by the manager
Should perform property due diligence & marketresearch
Assists in procurement, development and day-to-daymanagement of clients.
Develops a thorough working knowledge of all systemsneeded to support the valuation process and generate valuation reports.
Participates in team meetings and collaborates bysharing ideas and information with others.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient,timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectivelypresent information.





Requirements

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability tocalculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/orcommissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyses, and interpret documents. Ability tosolve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediateanalytical and quantitative skills.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Experience with sketching software and valuation/appraisaldatabase and reporting software. Abilityto work autonomously and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies toachieve set results and deadlines.
