Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth across branding, design, and experiential marketing services.



The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, develop and present proposals, collaborate with the design and production teams to shape solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective clients, attending industry events, preparing sales materials and presentations, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves nurturing existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling services, and contributing to strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
