Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Resident Doctor / RMO (ICU) based at ISIC Multispeciality Hospital in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves providing round-the-clock clinical care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs,



managing ventilator and life-support equipment under supervision, and responding to emergencies. Responsibilities include assisting senior intensivists and consultants with clinical assessments, procedures, and treatment plans, as well as documenting patient history, progress notes, and orders accurately in medical records. The Junior Resident / RMO will coordinate with nursing and allied healthcare teams to support safe, evidence-based patient care and participate in handovers and multidisciplinary rounds. The role may also include involvement in quality improvement initiatives, adherence to clinical protocols, and participation in ongoing clinical training programs.
Qualifications

Recognized MBBS degree with valid registration from the appropriate medical council; prior ICU, emergency, or critical care exposure is preferred.
