Role Description The HR Assistant Internship is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.



Interns will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment coordination, and helping schedule interviews and onboarding activities. The role involves preparing and updating HR documentation, supporting HR communications, and assisting with organizing training sessions or employee engagement initiatives. Interns may help compile HR reports, track attendance, and ensure HR data is accurate and up to date. This position offers the opportunity to learn HR processes, work closely with HR professionals, and develop practical skills in a dynamic office environment.
