Primary Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development teams across multiple projects and initiatives
Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review oversight
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals
Drive best practices for Salesforce development,

Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers
Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
Lead and manage integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware platforms
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and system security
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and quality practices
Implement CI/CD pipelines and support release and deployment processes
Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
