D2C Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of scaling multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing for D2C/e-commerce brands.

You will own user acquisition for the US market, manage substantial budgets, and optimize full-funnel performance to drive profitable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end paid acquisition and revenue growth for the US market across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Bing Ads.

Build, scale, and manage campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta (Advantage+, Prospecting, Retargeting), and Microsoft/Bing Ads.

Partner with creative and content teams to brainstorm, brief, and iterate on high-converting ad creatives (UGC, statics, video concepts, and compelling copy).

Execute structured A/B tests on creatives, messaging hooks, audience segments, and landing page funnels to improve CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.

Set up, audit, and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, Meta Pixel & CAPI, Google Tag Manager,



UTM taxonomy) for clean attribution.

Monitor performance daily against north-star metrics (ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, AOV) and maintain actionable reporting dashboards.

Identify current growth levers, budget scaling opportunities, and channel expansion tactics to unlock efficiency at scale.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with direct responsibility for scaling D2C / e-commerce brands.

Proven mastery of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and Bing Ads.

Track record of managing significant ad spend ($50K–$100K+ per month) with strong ROAS/MER targets.

Strong grasp of the full D2C e-commerce funnel, customer journey, and Shopify store dynamics.

Data-first mindset with solid proficiency in GA4, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and spreadsheet analytics.

Good to Have

Experience with Amazon Ads or TikTok Ads.
