What You'll Do

RFP Response & Content Management (30%)

Act as the primary liaison between our operations team and the central business development unit, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
Lead the development of comprehensive and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and our operational strengths.
Translate current operational capabilities and service delivery models into clear, concise,



and persuasive content for proposals and presentations.
Develop, maintain, and regularly update a robust repository of case studies, success stories, and detailed operational documentation to support RFP responses and recent deal pursuits.
Ensure all relevant operational details are accurately captured and articulated to showcase our unique value proposition.

Customized Solutions Development (25%)

Design and develop tailored business process operational solutions across various service lines, including:
Field operations e.g. on-ground data collection, real world device testing
Location-based services e.g. street level geo data capture,
Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) human-in-the-loop training
Data annotation and labelling
Customer support service desk for Newgen services e.g. autonomous vehicles
Collaborate closely with operations, technology, and sales teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible,
